Retournering van goederen
De koper heeft het recht om het product binnen 14 dagen na de leverdatum retour te sturen of het contract te beëindigen, op voorwaarde dat het product onbeschadigd en in goede staat verkeert. De kosten voor het retourneren zijn voor rekening van de koper.
Retour kan afgewezen worden om de volgende redenen:
- Artikel dat beschadigd of kapot is gemaakt door de klant
- Aankoopbewijs ontbreekt
- 14 dagen na leverdatum zijn verstreken
- Er ontbreken onderdelen
Het geld voor de goederen zal worden terugbetaald binnen de termijnen die zijn vastgesteld door de huidige wetgeving.
